Kubaba intends to be a contribution to Pre-Classical studies in Portugal by stimulating the publication of material authored not only by professional scholars but also by younger researchers.

As a peer-reviewed journal, contributions from both established researchers and those who pursue a career in investigation are eligible for publication in Kubaba, as long as they fulfil scientific criteria.

A greater interaction with the international scholarly community is a primary goal and thus articles from outside are welcome. Hence, texts are acceptable not only in Portuguese but also English, Spanish, Italian and French.
